Policy that's findable.Contracts that are searchable.

A source-grounded workspace for HR ops: handbook QA, employment contract management, onboarding-doc consolidation.

No credit card. Bounded by design.

Scattered HR documents consolidating into one searchable library

HR documents only matter when someone needs them.

The employee handbook nobody can find the right section of. The 200 contracts buried in a SharePoint. The onboarding docs that exist in three versions across three drives. HR's document problem isn't volume. It's findability when it counts.

When an employee asks, you need the right answer in seconds. With the source attached.

Scope

What we build for, and what we don't ship.

docAnalyzer is built for HR document work: policy QA, contract management, onboarding consolidation. We don't ship screening features: no scoring workflow, no candidate ranking, no ATS integrations. What you ask of documents you upload is your call, and your responsibility under your jurisdiction's automated-employment-decision rules. People decisions stay with people.

Every policy, one cited question away.

A workspace where every policy, every contract, every onboarding doc is searchable by question, not by Ctrl-F. Employees ask, docAnalyzer answers, the answer cites the policy paragraph it came from. No more "I think it's in the handbook somewhere".

Focus for policy QA

A chat scoped to your handbook, policies, and procedures. Employee asks, docAnalyzer answers, the answer links straight to the policy section.

Data Extractor for contracts

Pull standard fields from employment contracts into a structured table: start date, comp, equity, restrictive covenants, jurisdiction. Cited back to source.

Co-work for document drafting

Draft new policies or onboarding docs in a canvas editor with the AI. The AI sees what you're writing, helps refine, citations to existing policies stay attached.

What HR leaders push on hardest.

  • PII in employee data has to be governed by our retention policies.

Per-tenant isolation. No training on customer content. You control retention by deleting what you've uploaded. Your governance regime, not ours.

  • Anything that touches HR risks bias claims.

We don't ship screening, ranking, or 'unbiased' assessment features. People decisions stay with people. The product is for document work, not people decisions.

  • Our handbook and contracts exist in formats we'd rather not migrate.

PDF, Word, Google Docs (exported), HTML: docAnalyzer reads all common formats and handles them consistently. Migration isn't required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can employees get answers from the handbook without reading it?

Focus gives you a chat scoped to your handbook, policies and procedures. A question about parental leave returns the answer and the clause it came from.

Can I get employment contracts into a comparable table?

The Data Extractor pulls your standard fields from each contract into a structured table, which is how you spot the one agreement with different notice terms.

Can the AI help write a new policy, not just find the old one?

Co-work is a canvas editor where you draft new policies or onboarding documents alongside the assistant, with citations attached to the existing material you are building on.

Is employee data safe here?

It is never used to train models, it is isolated per tenant by row-level security, and deleting it removes it. Given what sits in an HR file, the security page is worth reading in full.

What can I upload?

Fifteen formats including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, ODT, RTF, HTML and plain text, with per-file limits from 20 MB to 500 MB by plan. Scanned documents are read on upload.

Make your handbook answerable.

Upload your current handbook and core policies. Ask a question an employee would ask. See if the cited answer is what you'd send back.
